NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th February, 2025
S.O. 998(E).-—The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the
National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the
Government of India No. S.O. 2551(E), dated the 25th May, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, in serial number 2 against the corresponding serial number 1, in
column 2 relating to arbitrator, for District Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar, “Additional Commissioner (Administration),
Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur" shall be inserted.
