L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-27012025-260495 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 443] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 24, 2025/MAGHA 4, 1946 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th January, 2025 S.O. 447(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 2892(E) dated 24th June, 2022, the Central Government has authorised the National Highways Authority of India to collect, either through its officials or through a contractor, the fee for use of section from Km 0.000 to Km 227.020 (starting from 0.000 Km at Ismailabad (Gangheri) and ending at Km 227.020 at Narnaul bypass) (length 227.020 Km.) of National Highway No. 152D in the State of Haryana . (v) In the principal notification, Point No. 9 shall be substituted by the following: "9. The estimated capital cost of the project is Rupees 8567.36 crore. The capital cost is subject to variation as the activities of land acquisition, utility shifting, tree cutting, etc. are yet to be completed and the final capital cost will be calculated as per MoRT&H's OM dated 24.01.2013 and notified separately.
