8312 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5137 ] NEW DEL HI, TUESDAY , DECEMBER 24, 2024 /PAUSHA 3 , 194 6 CG-DL-E-26122024-259621 CG-DL-E-26122024-259621 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department Of Chemicals And Petrochemicals) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th December, 2024 POLY VINYL CHLORIDE (PVC) HOMOPOLYMERS (QUALITY CONTROL) THIRD AMENDMENT ORDER, 2024 S.O. 5552 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely: - 1. (1) This order may be called the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order Third Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024 , in paragraph 1, for sub -paragraph (2), the following sub -paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2025.” [F.No. PCT-59011/44/2022 -PC TECH. -CPC ] DEEPAK MISHRA, Jt.
