L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-26102024-258265 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4316] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2024/KARTIKA 3, 1946 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 25th October, 2024 [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] S.O. 4692(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5225(E) dated 09.11.2022 for the work of Construction of ROB in lieu of existing level crossing No.85 at Km 93/4 (near Bodi) of NH-49 Extn in the district of Theni in the state of TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),09.11.2022 namely:- In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1266(E) dated 16.03.2018, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for the entry "Revenue Divisional Officer,Uthamapalyam” the entry “SDRO(LA),Highways(Schemes), Madurai" shall be substituted.
