No. 2, the title 'District Revenue Officer, Office of Collector & District Magistrate, Collectorate, Madurai' is replaced with 'Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Madurai'. Similarly, for S.No. 2 and Col. No. 2, 'District Revenue Officer, Office of Collector & District Magistrate, Collectorate, Dindigul' is replaced with 'Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Dindigul'. The original notification, S.O. 51(E), was published on 13th January, 2005, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii).

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-26092025-266463 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2025/ASVINA 4, 1947 No. 4289] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 26th September, 2025 S.O. 4409(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 51(E) dated the 13th January, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 13th January 2005 -namely: In the Schedule to the said Notification S.No. 51(E) for the words “District Revenue Officer, Office of Collector & District Magistrate, Collectorate, Madurai" at S.No. 1 and Col.No. 2 the words “Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Madurai” shall be substituted and for the words “District Revenue Officer, Office of Collector & District Magistrate, Collectorate, Dindigul, at S.No. 2 and Col. No. 2 the words “Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Dindigul” shall be substituted.
