CE-RO/LKO/NH(O)/LA/NH -328/2022 -23] No. 3869 ] NEW DELH I, WEDNESDAY , SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 /ASVINA 3 , 194 6 CG-DL-E-26092024-257526 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 25th September , 2024 S.O. 4227 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the N ational Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, Upon request of State Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5982(E) dated 30th November, 2018 and S.O. 33(E) dated 4th January, 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section -3, Sub -section (ii): In the Schedule of the English version of the notification number S.O. 5982(E), mentioned under Column -2, Serial number -(2), Competent Authority /Special Land Acquisition officer is replaced by Special Land Acquisition Officer, Siddharthnagar and in the notification number. S.O. 33(E) dated 4th January, 2023 under Column -2, Serial number -(1), Competent Authority/ Special Land Acquisition Officer, Basti/Santkabirnagar is replaced by the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Siddharthnagar as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition.
