Ritu Hemnani, Deputy Collector, District - Raigarh, Government of Chhattisgarh in place of Shri Dilip Kumar Agrawal, Upper Collector (Retried), Chhattisgarh Administrative Service to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for a period of Two Years, for all Natural Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s.
