Senthil Kumar, Assistant Superintendent, Finance Dept., Madras Port & Dock Employees’ Union (CITU). 2. The Appointment of Members of the Board shall be subject to the provision s of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021. The appointment is valid till the date of validity of check -off, or until the attainment of age of superannuation of the Members, or till further orders, whichever is earliest. [F. No .
