The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, vide S.O. 5014(E) dated 22 November 2024, recited that it had earlier, vide notification numbered 2852 dated 30 June 2023 under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), declared intention to acquire land for building (widening/four-laning), maintenance, management and operation of a Greenfield Expressway between Km 118.188 and Km 133.178 (Bhongir) in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district, Telangana; that the substance of that notification was published in "Hans India" and "Mana Telangana," both dated 13 July 2023, under section 3A(3); that objections filed under section 3-C were considered and settled by the Competent Authority; and that the Competent Authority's report was submitted under section 3D(1). Accordingly, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 3D, the Central Government declared that the scheduled land should be acquired for the stated purpose, and under sub-section (2) of section 3D, that upon publication in the Official Gazette the land vests absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2024

S.O. 5014(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 2852 Dated:30/06/2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation
of Greenfield Expressway in the stretch of land from Km. 118.188 to Km. 133.178 (BHONGIR) in the district of
YADADRI BHUVANAGIRI in the state of TELANGANA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hans India” and “Mana
Telangana" both dated 13/07/2023 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and
settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2024

S.O. 5014(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport
and Highways, 2852 Dated:30/06/2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter
referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule
annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation
of Greenfield Expressway in the stretch of land from Km. 118.188 to Km. 133.178 (BHONGIR) in the district of
YADADRI BHUVANAGIRI in the state of TELANGANA

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hans India” and “Mana
Telangana" both dated 13/07/2023 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and
settled the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
