NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th June, 2025
S.O. 2834(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule
annexed here to as the Competent Authorities to perform the functions of such Authorities under the said Act with effect
from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch from design km 0+000
to km 19+250 and km 20+950 to km 22+100 in Ri-Bhoi District; from design km 19+250 to km 20+950 and km 22+100
to km 37+500 in East Khasi Hills District; design km 37+500 to km 68+010 in West Jaintia Hills District; design km
68+010 to km 147+250 in East Jaintia Hills district for the Development, Maintenance, Management and Operation of
Greenfield High-Speed Corridor of 166.80 km (NH-6) from Mawlyngkhung (near Shillong) in Meghalaya to Panchgram
(near Silchar) in Assam.
