Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”. In the Acid Oil (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025". In the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”. In the Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”. In the Coconut Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”. In the Hydrogenated Rice Bran Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2025”.
