8290 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5122 ] NEW DELHI, TUES DAY , DECEMBER 24, 2024 /PAUSHA 3, 1946 CG-DL-E-24122024-259610 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department Of Chemicals And Petrochemicals) TOLUENE (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT ORDER , 2024 New Delhi, the 23rd December , 2024 S.O. 5537(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest , after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards , hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 202 1, namely: - 1. (1) This order may be called the Toluene (Quality Control) First Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 202 1, in paragraph 1, for sub -paragraph (2), the following sub -paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 22th day of December , 2025.” [F.No. PC-II-46016/6/2020 -TECH. -CPC ] DEEPAK MISHRA , Jt.
