Their functions include building (widening/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management, operation, and land acquisition for this specific highway segment. The Schedule specifies land acquisition for NH32 in Tamil Nadu, detailing areas within the CHENGALPATTU District, covering Taluks/Mandals such as Tambaram, Chengalpattu, and Madhuranthangam, and numerous villages including Kilambakkam, Nandivaram, Vallancheri, Thailavaram, Peramanur, Kezhakaranai, Thirukatchur, Vinchiyambakkam, Thirutheri, Pareri, Chettipunniyam, Pulipakkam, Pazhaveli, Natham A, Unamalai, Mamandur, Arapedu, Rowthanallur, Pilappur, and Meyyur.
