L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-24062024-254887 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2291] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 21, 2024/JYAISHTHA 31, 1946 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 21th June, 2024 S.O. 2411(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Number S.O. 3953(E), dated 23rd August, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated 23rd August, 2022, hereby makes the following amendment: In the Schedule to the said notification; for the entry- "Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHAI, Bagalkot", the entry- "Special Land Acquisition Officer, NHAI, Raichur” shall be substituted.
