Detailed Summary

Notification S.O. 2310(E) was issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 23rd May, 2025. In pursuance of sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 12 of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021 (14 of 2021), the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Allied and Healthcare Advisory Council. This Council is established to advise the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession. The Council's composition includes the Chairperson of the Commission as Chairperson, all Members of the Commission as ex officio members, the Principal Secretary dealing with medical education or their nominee from each State as a member, the Chairperson of each State Council as a member, and the Principal Secretary dealing with medical education or their nominee representing each Union territory as a member.
