In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Recycling of Ships Act, 2019 (49 of 2019), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Recycling of Ships Rules, 2021, namely: - 1. These rules may be called the Recycling of Ships (Amendment) Rules, 2025. 2. In the Recycling of Ships Rules, 2021, in rule 1, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- "(2) They shall come into force on the 24th day of December, 2025." [F.
