Short title and commencement:- (1) These rules may be called the Central Health Service (Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Central Health Service Rules, 2014- (i) in Schedule-II, under the heading 4(I) 'TEACHING SPECIALIST SUB-CADRE (Assistant Professor or Associate Professor or Professor)', against serial number 1, under the sub-heading 'MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE', under entry (g) relating to 'Dr. RAM MANOHAR LOHIA HOSPITAL, NEW DELHI', after serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- +--------+---------------------+--------+ | S.
