NHAI/PIU -GUMLA/LA/143D/3a ] No. 3764] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 20, 2024 /BHADRA 2 9, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23092024-257390 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 20th September , 2024 S.O. 4120(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry Of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 30 (E) dated the 04th January 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, sub - section (ii) dated the 04th January 2023 namely : - In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification: Against serial no. 2, relating to National Highway no. NH -143D from Km 28.953 to Km 69.209 of the, Km 69.209 to Km 103.756, Km 103.756 to Km 146.436, Km 146.436 to Km 149.953 in the state of Jharkhand - (i) The Competent Authority – District Land Acquisition officer, Gumla shown in Col. No. 2 Against stretch Km 69.209 to 103.756 may be shown in Competent Authority cum Land Record Deputy Collector, Gumla against stretch Km 69.209 to 103.756. Foot Note: The Principal Notification was published vide S.O No. 30 (E) dated 04th January 2023 in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, sub -section (ii) dated the 04th January 2023. Besides above corrigendum remaining part of principal notification may be treated as same. [F.
