L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4023] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 22, 2023/ BHADRA 31, 1945 CG-DL-E-23092023-248922 सुपर हीटर 74.5 221.428 295.928 14.8 7.748 6.19 8.890 10(1+1) धुरी पंजियां MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st September , 2023 S.O. 4 191(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3) of Section 58 and sub -Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central G overnment hereby accords approval for period of twelve months from the date of issue of this notification for transportation of one ‘Incinerator Steam Super Heater’ from M/s Zeeco India Private Limited Wada, Maharashtra to Hazira, Surat, Gujarat by road wi th maximum safe laden weight/Gross Vehicles Weight and dimensions, as mentioned in the schedule appended hereto. SCHEDULE 1. M/s Continental Transport Organisation Private Limited is the transporter of M/s Zeeco India Private Limited, for transporta tion of one ‘Incinerator Steam Super Heater’ for the aforesaid movement. 2. (16 tyres per axle row) 5. The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that: - i. The specific route for transportation of the over dimensional consignment will be from M/s Zeeco India Private Limited Wada, Maharashtra to Hazira, Surat, Gujarat by road through -Zeeco India Pvt Ltd, Wada, MH -Manor MH -Bhilad GJ -Valsad GJ -Chikhli GJ -Navsari GJ -Palsana GJ -Sachin GJ -Hazira GJ. - (261 Kms) ii. Load restrictions on various roads and bridges stipulated by the Public Works Department/Local Authorities/Natio nal Highway Authority of India will be observed and permission of such authorities will be obtained before the vehicles are put on the roads. Mo vement of the trailers will be approved and closely monitored by the concerned road authorities in State/Union T erritory/National Highway Authority of India from safety point of view. iii. The transporter will observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territ ory Government/National Highway Authority of India may by order specify in this behalf. iv. The transporter will obt ain necessary prior permissions from the concerned departments of the State/Union Territory Government for the removal of any objects like hoard ings, poles, signboards, transmission line shutdown etc. and observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territ ory Government/National Highway Authority of India may by order specify in this behalf, before the vehicles are put on road. Cost of removal and redevelopment of any object permitted by the State/Union Territory Government shall be borne by the M/s Contine ntal Transport Organisation Private Limited. v. The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance and would need to obtain permissi on before commencement of transit, from concerned authority of State or Union Territory Authorities/National Highway Authority of India en -route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each such movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned autho rity. vi. If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the roads in that S. The transporter would be liable to pa y such amount to the Government of State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India or any other affected person where any damage is ca used to the roads or road structures/bridges/other road users/persons directly or indirectly due to the movement of the trailers. viii. Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements. ix. The said vehicles should b e moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic. x. The vehicles should display all danger flags and li ghts, the vehicles should be preceded and followed by a vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing. xi. The maximum speed of the tr ailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 5 km/hr. xii. The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and rear sides duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rea r and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly. xiii. The t ransporter will ensure that road taxes have been paid, fitness certificate, insurance cover(including Third Party Insurance), National Permit, a nd PUC have been obtained in respect of all the vehicles to be utilized during the above movement. xiv. No change wil l be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they are already registered in the state of Haryana and Maharasht ra. xv. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered owners, the transporter shall bear responsibility for the same. xvi.
