ORDER
New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2025
S.O. 3378(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary
so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby withdraws the Acetic Acid
(Quality Control) Order, 2019, and for the said purpose, rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers issued vide number S.O. 2791(E), dated the 5th August, 2019, published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
