Notification of revised TEC Standards

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-23062026-273750 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3216] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026/ASHADHA 2, 1948 MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS (Department of Telecommunications) (TELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERING CENTRE) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th June, 2026 S.O. 3349(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44 of 2023) read with rule 5 of the Telecommunications (Framework to Notify Standards, Conformity Assessment and Certification) Rules, 2025, the Central Government hereby notifies the following revised standards for telecommunication equipment with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:— +---------+---------------------------------------------+ | Sl. The existing standards and the above revised standards for essential requirements shall remain in force concurrently for a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification, after which, the revised standards only shall be applicable.
