The transportation will be carried out by M/s Bhagyodaya Transport Limited on behalf of Air Products and Chemicals Inc., utilizing multi-axle hydraulic trailers and prime movers, with a specific route through Kandla Praj-Meghpar Borichi-Mokha-Pragpar-Mundra. The consignment has a laden weight of 281 MT, with an unladen weight of axles at 96 MT and consignment weight of 185 MT, and overall dimensions of 28.70m (L), 7.40m (W), 8.70m (H). The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that:- i. The specific route for transportation of one Warm Flame KO Drum from M/s Praj Industries Kandla Gujarat to M/s FTWZ Mundra, Gujaratby road through- 4 | THEGAZETTEOFINDIA: EXTRAORDINARY | [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] Kandla Praj- Meghpar Borichi- Mokha- Pragpar- Mundra. (ii) Load restrictions on various roads and bridges stipulated by the Public Works Department/Local Authorities/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL will be observed and permission of such authorities will be obtained before the vehicles are put on the roads. Movement of the trailers will be approved and closely monitored by the concerned road authorities in State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India from safety point of view. (iii) The transporter will observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf. (iv) The transporter will obtain necessary prior permissions from the concerned departments of the State/Union Territory Government for the removal of any objects like hoardings, poles, signboards, transmission line shutdown etc. and observe such restrictions as the State/Union Territory Government/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL may by order specify in this behalf, before the vehicles are put on road. Cost of removal and redevelopment of any object permitted by the State/Union Territory Government shall be borne by the M/s Bhagyodaya Transport Limited. (v) The transporter will give intimation at least ten days in advance and would need to obtain permission before commencement of transit, from concerned authority of State or Union Territory Authorities/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL en-route, in view of the oversized cargo. For each such movement, the timing should be prescribed by the concerned authority. (vi) If so directed by the Public works Department of a State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over or under the bridges on the roads in that State/Union Territory and in such cases applicants will have to make arrangements at their cost, after obtaining the permission from the concerned Authorities, to cross the rivers/drains. (vii) The transporter would be liable to pay such amount to the Government of State/Union Territory/National Highway Authority of India/NHIDCL or any other affected person where any damage is caused to the roads or road structures/bridges/other road users/persons directly or indirectly due to the movement of the trailers. (viii) Coupling of the trailers along the length of the road will be permissible only for above movements. (ix) The said vehicles should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic. (x) The vehicles should display all danger flags and lights, the vehicles should be preceded and followed by a vehicle displaying prominently that a heavy load is passing. (xi) The maximum speed of the trailers for movement on the road shall not exceed 5 km/hr. (xii) The trailers shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra stripes on the front and rear sides duly marked for night time driving/parking suitably by red lamps at the front and rear and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly. (xvii) The transporter must ensure that the installed VLT Devices (as per AIS-140) are activated during transit of the consignment. (xviii) The transporter must ensure that the route does not have overhead structures, RoBs, RuBs, underpasses causing vertical constraint to the subject movement or the permission will be excluding the RUBs/FOBs/Overpassesfor which the transporter shall make diversions for movement of ODC/OWC. No change will be made in the Registration Certificates of the Trailers and Prime Movers as they are already registered in the state of Nagaland, Maharashtra, Haryana, Gujarat and Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. xv. In case of issues arising of any vehicle(s) or part of vehicle(s) out sourced from other registered owners, the transporter shall bear responsibility for the same. xvi. Any issue of any nature arising during the transportation of subject consignment shall be the responsibility of the transporter. xvii.
