Based on the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the DGTR has corrected the tariff heading 38089190 appearing in the duty table at paragraph 132 of the original final findings to 38089199, while tariff headings 38089390 and 38089990 remain unchanged. The product under consideration has been reported under classifications 38089199, 38089390 and 38089990.
