का.आ. 2023(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके
पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 3क की उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी की गई भारत सरकार के सड़क
परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 299-E तारीख 20/01/2026, जो भारत के राजपत्र,
असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, द्वारा राजस्थान राज्य के झुंझुनू जिले में नए एन. एच.-
311 के किमी 0.00 से किमी 41.00 (सिंघाना-खेतड़ीनगर- जसरापुर-नंगलीसलदी सिंह-के ड़-छावंसरी-टीटनवार) तक के
भूखण्ड पर टोल प्लाजा के निर्माण 2 लेन विथ पेव्ड शोल्डर सड़क निर्माण हेतु भू-खण्ड के निर्माण (चौड़ाईकरण/पेव्ड
शोल्डर सहित 2-लेन का बनाना आदी), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लिए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में
विनिर्दिष्ट भूमिका अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा की थी ;
और उक्त अधिसूचना का सार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3क की उपधारा (3) के अधीन तारीख "24/01/2026 को
“दैनिक भास्कर” , 12/02/2026 को “राजस्थान पत्रिका” " में प्रकाशित किया गया था ;
जबकि सक्षम प्राधिकारी को धारा 3-ग के तहत दायर आपत्ति प्राप्त हुई है, जिस पर विचार किया गया है और उसका
उचित रूप से निपटान किया गया;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd April, 2026
S.O. 2023(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, 299-E Dated:20/01/2026 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to
as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to
the said notification of NH-311 Km 0.000 to 41.000 (Singhana-Khetri Nagar- Jasrapur-Nagli Saledi Singh-Ked-
Chhawsari-Titanwar) in the district of Jhunjhunu in the state of RAJASTHAN
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar” dated 24/01/2026 ,
“Rajasthan Patrika” dated 12/02/2026 ; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;
And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled
the same appropriately;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land
specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall
vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
