2212 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1461] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , MARCH 22, 2024 /CHAITRA 2, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23032024-253344 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March , 2024 S.O. 1 530(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended b y All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Vice Chancellor, Central University Punjab, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda, Punjab in place of Prof. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Vice Chancellor, I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab, and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z - 28016 /170/2018 -PMSSY -IV dated the 30th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub - Section (ii) vide SO 616(E) dated the 7th Feb, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following s hould be substituted, namely: - “Member under clause (aa) of Section 4: “1. Vice Chancellor, Central University Punjab;” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Science s Act, 1956. [F.
