2214 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1463] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , MARCH 22, 2024 /CHAITRA 2, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23032024-253343 CG-DL-E-23032024-253343 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAM ILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March , 2024 S.O. 1 532(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Surjit Singh, PGIMER, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda, Punjab in place of Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Professor & Head, Cardio -vascular DMC & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab, and for that purpose makes the following amendment i n the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z -28016/170/2018 -PMSSY -IV dated the 30th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub -Section (ii) vide SO 616(E) dated the 7th Feb, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 13 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely: - “13. Dr. Surjit Singh, PGIMER;” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956. [F.
