2213 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1462] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , MARCH 22, 2024 /CHAITRA 2, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23032024-253342 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIF ICATION New Delhi, the 12th March , 2024 S.O. 1 531(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012 ), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Poo nam Khetrapal Singh, to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bathinda, Punjab in place of Dr. Ashok Panagariya, Professor Emeritus, Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and for that purpose makes the follow ing amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z -28016/170/2018 -PMSSY -IV dated the 30th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub -Section (ii) vide SO 616(E) dated the 7t h Feb, 2020: In the said notification, for serial number 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following should be substituted, namely: - “9. Dr. Poonam Khetrapal Singh;” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Sectio n 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956. [F.
