2210 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1459] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , MARCH 22, 2024 /CHAITRA 2, 194 6 CG-DL-E-23032024-253340 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th March , 2024 S.O. 1 528(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, File Numbe r Z-28016/65/2017 -PMSSY -IV dated the 31st Oct, 2018 published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 3, Sub -Section (ii) vide SO 6411(E) dated the 31st Dec, 2018: In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following shoul d be substituted, namely: - “Member under clause (aa) of Section 4: “1. Vice Chancellor, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow;” The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
