7305 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4810] NEW DELHI, WEDNES DAY , NOVEMBER 22, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 1, 1945 CG-DL-E-22112023-250206 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2023 S.O. 5019 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 6 of the Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000 (34 of 2000), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis try of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 1490(E), dated the 13th September, 2006 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub -section (ii), namely: - In the said notification, - (a) for serial numbers 1, 2 and 3 an d the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: — "1. Shri Mukhmeet Singh Bhatia - Chairperson, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention 2. Shri Saurabh Kumar Tiwari - Director (Joint Secretary, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention) 3. Shri Sunil Kumar Sinha - Director (Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence)”; (b) for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the follow ing shall be substituted, namely: — “7. Shri Ashish Kumar Srivastava - Director (Joint Secretary, Plant Protection, M/o Agriculture and Farmers Welfare) 8. Shri Naresh Pal Gangwar -Director (Additional Secretary, Hazardous Substances Management, M/o Environment, Forests and Climate Change) 9.
