Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Marine Products Export Development Authority

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972 (13 of 1972), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1972, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Marine Products Export Development Authority and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce S.O. number 4072 (E), dated the 26th August, 2022, namely:- In the said notification, for serial numbers 3 and 4, and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- "3. Shri Hibi Eden, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha - Member 4. Shri Balashowry Vallabhaneni, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha - Member". [F. No. 1/4/2018 – EP (MP)Pt.] AJAY BHADOO, Addl. Secy.
