No. RA -14026(11)/4/2020 -CERC .—Whereas the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determin ation from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2020 (hereinafter referred as “RE Tariff Regulations, 2020”) were applicable for the period from 1st July 2020 to 31st March 2023. Whereas the Commission vide notification No.: RA -14026(11)/4/2020 -CERC date d 27th March, 2023 extended the period of applicability of the said regulations till 30th September, 2023. Now therefore, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Regulation 1 of the RE Tariff Regulations,2020 the Commission hereby further extends the period of applicability of the said regulations till 31st March, 2024.
