EE/NH/HYD/DB/D3/LA/M -C road NH 167N/3D] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2023 S.O. 41 41(E)—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministryof Road Transport and Highways, S.O. No. 5093 (E) dat ed on 02nd November 2022 ,published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) issued undersub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafterreferred to as the said Act), the Central G overnm ent declared its intention to acquire the landspecifie d in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of (wideningFour/Two laning with paved shoulder etc.,) management and operation of NH -167Non the stretch of land from Km 60.255 to Km 102.834 of Mahabubnagar -Chincholi section (Package -2) (Revenue Divisional Officer, Tand ur) in the district of VIKARABAD in the state of TELANGANA. And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Namasthe Telangana ” (Telugu) and “The Hindu ” (English) both dated 23-11-2022 ; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the s aid Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent au thority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government her eby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notifica tion in the Official Gazette, the lan d specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
