RW/NH -37014/9/2013 -NHDP -IVA/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2023 S.O. 41 43(E)—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 5560(E) Date 30 November 2022 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordina ry, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) i ssued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for construction of Maintenance, management and operation of NH-111 (New NH -130) on the stretch of land from Km . 165.000 to Km . 221.500 (Bilaspur -Katghora -Ambikapur Road) in the Tehsil Udaypur in the district of S urguja in the state of CHHATTISGARH . And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Nav -Bharat” and “Central Chronicale” both dated 13 December 2022; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no any objecti ons have been received from any person by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has subm itted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the s aid report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares tha t the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid pur pose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Offi cial Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
