S.O. 1360(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the National Institute
of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Act, 2012 (38 of 2012), and in supersession of the Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare notification number S.O. 2764 (E), dated the 24th October, 2014, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences,
Bangalore, consisting of the following members, namely:-
