Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within 21 (twenty -one) days from the date o n which copies of the Gazette of India containing this Notification are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User (RoU) therein for laying of the pipeline under the land, to the Competent Authority (Ass am) of the aforementioned project under Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Shri SazzadAlam, ACS, Joint Secretary to the Government of Assam , Industries & Commerce Department, at the Project Office of Numaligarh Refinery Limited, 122A, Christian Basti, G.S. Road , Guwahati - 781005, Assam.
