In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub section (2) of section 44 of the Architects Act, 1972, (20 of 1972) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 35 of Council of Architecture Rules, 1973, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Higher Education) vide number S.O. 2115(E), dated 3rd July, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 10th July, 2013, namely:- 2. In the said notification, for serial numbers 1 to 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- "1. Ar. Naveen Kanithi – Elected by Council of Architecture from amongst its members. 2. Ar. Pushkar Murlidhar Kanwinde- Representing All India Council for Technical Education. 3. Ar.
