NH-12014/49/2015 -MAH(P -6)/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPO RT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September , 2023 S.O. 4105(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, NO. S.O.4467(E) dated 22th Sep 2022, published in the Gazette of India,Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section ( ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notific ation for construction of Toll Plaza Maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.752G on the stretch of land from Km. 21.427 to Km . 64.000 Pimpalner to Satana (Section -2) in the district of Nashik in the state of Maharashtra And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Deshdoot Times (English)” and “Dainik Puthari (Marathi)” both dated 22 October 2022 ; ; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections has been received from any person by the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authorityDeputy Collector (Land Aquisition) National Highway Project, Nashik and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central G overnment hereby declar es that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on pub lication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
