CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 20th August, 2025
S.O. 3826(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4888 (E) dated 12.11.2024 for the work of Land
acquisition for construction of bypass to Vettavalam Town branching at Km 165.450 and ends at Km 169.790 of NH-
234 (New NH-38)(Mangalore-Villupuram Road) in the state of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),12.11.2024 namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1227(E) dated 21.03.2022, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for
the entry "Revenue Divisional officer, Tiruvannamalai" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition,
National Highways, Vellore" shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.1227(E) dated 21.03.2022 in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 21.03.2022, subsequent Amendments were published
vide Gazette No. S.O. 3902 (E) dated 22.08.2022, Gazette No. S.O. 4905 (E) dated 12.11.2024 & Gazette No. S.O.
4888(E) dated 12.11.2024.
