CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 20th August, 2025
S.O. 3825(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4429(E) dated 10.10.2024 for the work of
Construction of bypass to Tiruvannamalai town branching at Km. 135/550 to Km. 157/550 of NH-38 Mangalore-
Villupuram road (Km 135/550 - 145/600 (Section-A) and Km. 155/200-157/550 (Section-C)) in the State of Tamil
Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (II),12.10.2024 namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 4429(E) dated 10.10.2024, against serial no. 1 in
column 2 for the entry “SDRO(LA), Highways (Schemes), Vellore" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land
Acquisition, National Highways, Vellore” shall be substituted.

India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 12.10.2024.
