This authority is granted to perform functions under the said Act, effective from the date of publication of this notification, for land acquisition related to the proposed construction of a 6-lane Vrindavan Bypass on NH 44, connecting the Yamuna Expressway in the State of Uttar Pradesh. The land stretch specified is NH44 KM 0 to KM 15.34, located in Mathura District, across the Talukas of Chhata, Mant, and Sadar, encompassing villages such as Ajhai Khurd, Bhartiya, Ajhai Kalan, Chaumuhan, Parakham Gujar, Arruwa Bangar, Jahangirpur Khadar, Bheem Bangar, Arruwa Khadar, Piproli Khadar, Begampur Khadar, Jahangirpur Bangar, Begampur Bangar, Dangoli Khadar, Piproli Bangar, Atas Bangar, Jait, Sunrakh Khadar, and Atas Khadar.
