CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 20th August, 2025
S.O. 3824(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4889(E) dated 12.11.2024 for the work of Construction
of ROB from km. 102.632 to 103.743 in lieu of LC-86/A-3E (near Ettiwadi) of NH-234 (New NH-38) in the State of
TAMIL NADU published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(II),12.11.2024,namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 1960(E) dated 16.05.2018, against serial no. 1 in column 2 for
the entry "Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition,
National Highways, Vellore” shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.1960(E) dated 16.05.2018 in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 17.05.2018, subsequent Amendments were published
vide Gazette No. S.O. 5192 (E) dated 07.11.2022, Gazette No. S.O. 4889 (E) dated 12.11.2024.
