CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 20th August, 2025
S.O. 3823(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,
1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in notification of the government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 4896(E) dated 12.11.2024 for the work of
Construction of ROB from Km 81.2 to 82.2 in lieu of LC-109/3-A/T (near Kannamangalam) of NH-234 (New NH-
38) in the State of Tamil Nadu published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section
(II),12.11.2024 namely:-
In the schedule to the principal notification number S.O. 2041(E) dated 22.05.2018, against serial no. 1 in
column 2 for the entry "District Revenue Officer, Vellore" the entry "Special District Revenue Officer, Land
Acquisition, National Highways, Vellore" shall be substituted.
Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.2041(E) dated 22.05.2018 in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated 23.05.2018, subsequent Amendments were
published vide Gazette No. S.O. 5223(E) dated 09.11.2022 & Gazette No. S.O. 4896(E) dated 12.11.2024.
