In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st December, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relates to serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto in the Schedule of the said Act, relating the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948) shall come into force.
