L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-21042026-271945 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1906] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2026/CHAITRA 30, 1948 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th April, 2026 S.O. 1977(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorities the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to districts, tehsil and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for building (widening/four laning etc) Construction of 4-Lane Link Road from Thekma village (existing chainage Km 36.758 of NH-128A) to Gosai Ki Bazar Bypass (existing chainage Km 242.787 of NH-28) with length of 8.952 km, including a VUP on NH-28 at Km 242.787, along with widening of NH-128A from 2-Lane to 4-Lane from Smt. Lata Mangeshkar Junction to Prasad Institute for a length of 4.700 km and Strengthening of NH-128A from Prasad Institute to Mohammedpura Junction, covering a length of 40.900 km (total length: 55.902 km), in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Mode.
