L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-21032026-271160 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1409] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MARCH 20, 2026/PHALGUNA 29, 1947 2048 GI/2026 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 19th March, 2026 S.O. 1474(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S.O. 840 (E) dated 17th February, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated 17th February, 2025, namely:- In the Schedule of the aforesaid notification under Column (2) relating to CALA against Sl.no. (2) the entry "Joint Collector, Bapatla" shall be substituted with entry "Joint Collector, Prakasam" and for entry under Column (5) relating to District the entry "Bapatla" shall be substituted with entry "Prakasam" for the stretch of land from Km.320.300 to Km. 405.600 of National Highway No.544D to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. The above amendment is consequent to the re-organisation of districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
