P. Kowsalya, District Supply Officer, Karur, Government of Tamil Nadu in place of Shri S. Iyappan, Deputy Collector, Government of Tamil Nadu to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on deputation basis, for all Gas Pipeline Projects of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Tamil Nadu. 2.
