No. 6/29/2023-DGTR. — Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’) and the Customs Tariff (Identificati on, Assessment and Collecti on of Antidump ing Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred as the ‘Anti-Dumping Rules’ or the ‘Rules’); the Designated Authority has issued the Preliminary Findings Notification No. 6/29/2023 -DGTR dated 05.11.2024 in respect of the anti-dumping investiga tion concerning imports of ‘Textured Tempered Glass’ originating in or exported from China PR and Vietnam. 2) Few minor typographical errors had occurred in the aforementioned preliminary findings.
