AND WHEREAS, the substance of the said notificat ion for inviting objections from public thereby was publish ed in daily newspapers namely “ The Times of India” and “Har yana Hari Bho omi”, dated the 25th August , 2023, under sub -section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; AND WHEREAS, no objections were received from the public in respect of the said notific ation w ithin the specified period; AND WHEREAS , in pursuance o f sub -section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1 ) and in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government, - (i) upon receipt of the said report of the competent author ity, hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the afo resaid purpose; and (ii) hereby declares that on publication of this notification, the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely upon it free from all encumbrances.
