Upon relieving of Shri Subrata Dutta, TCS Gr-I, Joint Secretary, Revenue Department, Govt. of Tripura, from the duties of the Competent Authority, Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL) in the state of Tripura and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Subhash Ch. Saha, TCS SSG, Director, Land Records & Settlement, Tripura, to perform the functions of Competent Authority, Indradhanush Gas Grid Limited (IGGL) in the state of Tripura under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962. 2.
