7220 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4765] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , NOVEMBER 17, 2023/ KARTIKA 26, 1945 CG-DL-E-20112023-250161 1 2 3 4 5 4094 00 0 2 02 1 2 3 4 5 [फा. सं. एल–14014 /146/2022 - जीपी–II (इ–43455) ] MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NA TURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th, Oct ober, 2023 S.O. 4974(E).—Whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for transportation of natural gas through Jagdishpur -Haldia -Bokaro -Dhamra Pipeline (JHBDPL) & Spur Pipeline, in the State of Odi sha, a pipeline should be laid by GAIL (India) Limited; And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of layi ng the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification; Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1 962) Government of India hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein; Any person interested in the land descri bed in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of which the copies of the notification issued under su b-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in w riting to the acquisition of the right of User therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, O disha, GAIL (India) Limited, 612 Utkal Signature, Pahal a, NH - 16, Bhubaneswar – 751032 .
